Since I know you're a new blogger I'm going to give you some unsolicited advice. Feel free to ignore me if you'd like. The way you are just putting a "teaser" on the blog and posting the recipes all in one big long section is not going to work for google searches; google will never find the recipes on google if you keep doing it that way. Plus it is annoying to readers to have to search around for a recipe. It would be much better (from the standpoint of internet traffic as well as reader appreciation) if each post contained the entire recipe and then the sections just had an index with links back to those posts.
I hope I am not being too bold in saying this, but I thought I would take a chance because some of your dishes look very interesting, but when it pops up in my feed reader I find it frustrating that I can't see the ingredients. (And I'm not going to scroll down a huge list of recipes to find the one I want. Also having them in a long list makes it harder for people to print the recipe.)
thank you very much indeed for the advice. your suggestions are always welcome and highly valued. i will look into and start working on it right away. hope you will keep following the blog!

As I said, feel free to ignore me if you want to.
