Ice creams are an international dessert, available in various forms for those with a sweet tooth. In Pakistan too, ice creams are extremely popular, ranging from cones, kulfis, falooda or flavored ice creams served in cups. Falooda, originating in Iran, is a sorbet made of thin vermicelli noodles frozen with corn starch, rose water, lime juice and also ground pistachios is much popular among the masses.
