Dates are an indispensable part of all our sehris and iftaris during Ramazan, across the globe. This is partly due to their immense nutritional value and partly because this was a tradition of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Dates are easily available almost everywhere and are known for yielding great health benefits are therefore, specifically helpful in Ramazan.
We will today be sharing a delicious DATES MILKSHAKE recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup dates (remove seeds)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 720 ml milk
- 1 cup crushed ice (optional)

METHOD:
- Blend the dates and 1/2 cup of milk together in a blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend at high speed and serve in four glasses.
